Anne-Marie is a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) with 8 years of experience in the field. She has worked in schools and early intervention and has a passion for serving the birth to three population and their families. This passion only grew stronger after having two young children of her own. Anne-Marie believes that every child deserves access to language and that connection comes before communication. She is passionate about neurodiversity-affirming and evidence-based practice and desires to be a lifelong learner. A fun fact about Anne-Marie is that she lives on an active oyster farm!

Hillary is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, holding Washington State and national certifications in School Psychology, with over 12 years of public school experience. She has worked in both large and rural districts, although her passion is serving rural communities. Hillary believes positive and strong partnerships between families and schools is paramount in effectively meeting the needs of each child. Hillary was recently named the 2023 School Psychologist of the Year for Washington State through the Washington State Association of School Psychologists. She is also a national nominee for the 2025 School Psychologist of the Year, recognized by the National Association of School Psychologists. A fun fact about Hillary is that she was born on Thanksgiving. She is an outdoor enthusiast and can often be found in the mountains or traveling during her free time.
